What’s New for CY2024

Health Service Management & Delivery (HSD) require the provider and facility data to be uploaded in the Network Management Module with your application. This year, a Time and Distance Threshold Credit of 10% is applied. Initial submissions can NOT include providers/facilities Letters of Intent (LOI). However, resubmissions in response to a Deficiency Notice or Notice of Intent to Deny may include LOIs. For every LOI on your HSD network submission, upload the PDF Letter of Intent in one ZIP file.

Every Letter of Intent should be:
1. Submitted on Plan Letterhead
2. Signed by both parties

Important: Save all your attestations and uploads (located in the confirmation history section) in your local drive to retain the details for future reference and training.
